- Not one size fits all so if you have something bespoke in mind please let us know and we will be happy to assist you.
- We receive a high number of daily enquiries so we do not hold bookings or ‘pencil anyone in’ without a completed booking form & deposit
- Prices quoted are only available for 72 hours after the initial enquiry.
- If you wish to cancel any services or change your date with more than 4 weeks notice, there will be a £25 fee to cover our administration costs. If you need to cancel or change your date with less than 4 weeks notice then you will lose your full deposit. Please do not book if you do not agree to our terms and conditions.
- Travel area – We are based in Liverpool and travel within one hour of L27 4XZ. We may consider areas that are outside of this boundary on occasion for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information.
- Travel costs – Free within 10 miles each way. Over 10 miles travel is charged at £1 per mile each way per vehicle. For deliveries where pick-up, set-up and collection at a separate time or date is required, you will be charged after the initial 20 miles free each way for one trip only.
- Parking, bridge, tunnel, or other costs incurred during travel or at the event location are to be met by the customer. There will be an unloading fee for venues that have problem parking or where we have to un-load and re-park.
