IMPORTANT INFORMATION
ACCESS
Our access at your venue requires clear pathways, accessible entrances, and adequate facilities like a lift for above ground floor and parking or unloading directly outside of the venue. There maybe additional costs for venues above ground or with problem parking/access, for example if additional team members are needed to assist.
SIZES
360 Photo Booth Size Needed: 3m x 3m for it to be able to spin efficiently.
LED Photo Booth Size: L2.5m x W2.5m x H2.5m. We recommend leaving at least half a metre each side and above.
We require a space that must be clear of obstruction and free from furniture and reserved for us prior to our arrival to avoid delays to the start time.
Vintage Photo Pod: The pod only needs a small area of around 1m x 2m so this is ideal for smaller spaces.
HIRE TIME
Each booth can be hired for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4 hours. Only available to hire until 11pm.
SET-UP TIME
All Photo Booth options are set-up 30-45 minutes before your start time (quietly & discreetly where you want it, within 6 foot of a power point) and comes fully staffed for the duration of the time booked. Staff come dressed to impress. For your peace of mind, all staff are DBS cleared & insured. Your friendly attendant is on hand to assist with picture taking, helping find props and keeping everything tidy at your important event. Feel free for you and your guests to come up as many times as you like for pictures.
If you need ‘idle hours’ adding where the set-up is earlier and the photo booth isn’t open but needs to be set-up by a certain time please contact us for a quote.
PAT TESTING AND INSURANCE
All electrical equipment is PAT tested which some exclusive venues will only allow. Untested equipment and uninsured operators can be dis-allowed from your venue. We hold up-to-date Public Liability and Employers Liability Insurance. We are happy to liaise with your venue so you do not have to be in the middle of the process sending relevant documentation over prior to your event.
