Balance Payments
Please note: being in the events industry requires working unsociable/long hours, working weekends & peak times throughout the year as well as working at several locations throughout our working week. Due to this, please expect delayed replies but we will aim to respond to you within 2 working days but hopefully sooner. Thanks for your patience.
Customers (non-corporate)
If you are paying your outstanding balance via bank transfer or via card payment link, your payment must clear in our account at least 3 working days prior to your event date. Please request an invoice if needed at least 5 days prior to your event date. If the deadline is missed, we will accept the balance payment via cash only on the day of your event, as long as your balance payment is paid upon our arrival. No set-up or services will take place until the balance payment has been made without exception. If the balance payment is not made, we will cancel the services booked and your deposit will not be refunded.
Corporate Clients
If approved, corporate clients will be sent an invoice for payment with 30 days credit terms. This will be sent after we have received your completed booking form. We appreciate your prompt payment. As a small business we rely on payments being made on time, therefore, all late payments will be penalised without exception. Please reference the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 for more information on interest and charges. It is the responsibility of the person booking to ensure they have permission on behalf of the company or organisation prior to completing the booking form and to complete any paperwork needed. Please see our T&C’s for cancellation charges if applicable.
Cancellations
In accordance with your consumer rights, your deposit payment or cancellation fee (if related to a corporate client with a credit account) is non-refundable. This is due to the loss of profit when we book you in exclusively. This means, we turn other work away and will lose revenue in the event of a cancellation by the customer or client. Please note that this is non-negotiable. Other costs may also be involved, for example, staff wages dealing with the administration side of your booking and also the costs/time involved planning, ordering supplies, answering queries etc.
