Although we sympathise with those, especially children, who cannot have the same as everyone else on occasion, unfortunately we cannot cater for everyone due to the wide range of allergies and dietary requirements. We also cannot account for our suppliers and as an events company first and foremost, we are not a company specialised in catering so we are limited to what we can offer and the small preparation area we work in. Our team do have the required food hygiene training needed and we do take this very seriously.
Sweet carts and fun food options often contain common allergens, and customers need to be aware of potential risks. The person booking our services is the person responsible for sharing this page with anyone attending the event. Sweets or fun food items may contain or have traces of nuts, milk, soy, and gluten, among others. It’s crucial that the customer(s) and guests check ingredients lists and packaging or speak to a member of our team prior to any consumption about any queries they have and to double check ingredients listed by our suppliers. The parent(s)/guardian(s)/teacher(s) or other adult in charge of the children at the event is responsible for themselves and their children consuming anything at the event and they must supervise children at all time to avoid choking hazards.
